About Warrior Resilience Counseling

With over two decades as a Philadelphia police officer, including specialized service with federal law enforcement, and military service as a veteran of the United States Navy and the Pennsylvania National Guard, Anthony understands the weight that comes with a life of service. He has responded to critical incidents, worked high-stakes environments, and experienced firsthand the toll that relentless stress, trauma, and duty can take on a person and their family.

Now, as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), he channels that experience into compassionate, practical care. Anthony specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, burnout, and resilience building, particularly for veterans, first responders, law enforcement, and individuals who are used to pushing through rather than asking for help.

He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy from Liberty University and certifications in Peer Support, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Psychological First Aid (PFA), and Crisis Intervention. He is also a trained Crisis and Hostage negotiator—someone who quite literally knows how to help people through their worst moments.

Anthony practices under clinical supervision in accordance with Pennsylvania licensure requirements. Pennsylvania license #APC002358.
